Terms & Conditions

  1. When booking your room, you will receive a confirmation email. A deposit of one nights stay will be required to secure your room (cash).
  2. If cancellations are made up to seven days before your stay, we will refund your deposit in full. Cancellations made less than seven days before your stay will result in your deposit being forfeited.
  3. Rooms should be vacated by by 10am.
  4. Rooms would be available for new guests by 3pm.
  5. Rooms should be left clean and tidy and owner must be reimbursed for any breakages or damage.
  6. No pets or smoking allowed.
  7. The Owners reserve the right to refuse any individual from entering the property.
  8. The Owners shall not be held responsible or liable for any accident, loss or mishap to persons or property whilst on or using the premises.
